Because I’ve been there myself —looking like I’m coping on the outside,
while feeling a completely different story on the inside.
Before becoming a therapist, I’ve spent years working closely with people — and doing my own inner work — understanding first-hand how we push through, how we mask, and how much we carry without even realising.
That understanding shapes everything I do.
This isn’t about quick fixes or pretending everything’s fine.
It’s about real, lasting change — at a level that actually sticks.

Hypnotherapy is a natural, focused state of awareness – similar to daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a book. You remain aware, in control, and able to speak at all times. Most clients describe it as deeply relaxing and grounding rather than anything dramatic or mysterious.
No. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. You remain in control throughout, and your subconscious will only accept suggestions that feel safe and appropriate for you.
This is a very common concern – and rarely an issue. If you can focus, imagine, or become absorbed in thought, you can experience hypnosis. The Integrate Method™ is designed to work gently with your nervous system, rather than forcing a particular depth or response.
No. You are always in control of what you share.
We focus on understanding patterns and responses rather than reliving or retelling distressing experiences. There is no requirement to revisit trauma or discuss anything you’re not ready for.
Emotional responses are a normal and human part of therapeutic work. Sessions are paced carefully, with safety and regulation as priorities. You will never be pushed to go beyond what feels manageable, and we always work to bring you back to a calm, grounded state before ending a session.
The Integrate Method™ is structured, trauma-aware, and paced for long-term change. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or single symptoms, it works with awareness, regulation, identity, and integration – supporting change that feels embodied and sustainable, not forced.
No – and that’s intentional. This programme is designed for meaningful, lasting change rather than temporary relief. It requires commitment and openness, but it does not require perfection or pressure.
The Integrate Method™ is offered as a structured programme so that change can unfold gradually and safely. This allows time for insight, integration, and confidence to develop, rather than relying on isolated sessions.
Yes, when practised ethically and appropriately. I work in a trauma-aware, client-led way and within professional guidelines. Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care and can work alongside other support where appropriate.
This work is particularly suited to women who feel:
• Stuck in unhelpful patterns
• Emotionally overwhelmed or burnt out
• Disconnected from themselves
• Ready for change, but at their own pace
This work may not be appropriate if you are currently experiencing severe mental health difficulties that require specialist or crisis support. If you’re unsure, we can discuss this together and explore the most appropriate next step for you.
